Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TinyMuse mobile application (the "App"), provided by Orango Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults (parents and caregivers). By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions and AI credits

• TinyMuse Pro. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. A first-month introductory price may be offered to new subscribers for a limited time; after the first month it renews at the regular monthly price.
• Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• AI credits. Creations cost credits. Pro adds credits to your balance every 30 days while it is active; each subscription period is credited once, including when you restore it. Credit packs are consumable purchases available to Pro subscribers. Credits belong to your Pro subscription and follow it when you restore it on a new device. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are shared with devices you link. If a creation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credit prices for templates may change.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
• Price changes. Prices may change; where required, you will be notified and, for subscriptions, asked to consent before an increase takes effect.

4. Your photos and creations

You keep any rights you have in the photos you submit. You confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or otherwise have permission to upload and transform each photo, and that you will not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material, or photos of people who have not consented. You may use your creations for personal purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its templates, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights in them except the limited licence above.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, circumventing credit or purchase checks, or using the App in violation of any law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated photos, stickers and videos may vary, may not resemble the source photo perfectly, and may occasionally be unavailable or unsuitable; review creations before sharing them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orango Labs Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
